Plansza ułatwia i motywuje do próbowania, ale nie sprawi, że każde dziecko nagle zamieni się z super smakosza.

Nie licz również na to, że po jednym spróbowaniu produkt od razu trafi na stół, a dziecko zacznie się nim zajadać. Nowe jedzenie wymaga wielokrotnego próbowania – nawet 10-20 razy, zanim zostanie zaakceptowane („zanim kubki smakowe na języku się przyzwyczają” – tak możesz powiedzieć dziecku).

Jednak jestem przekonana, że warto pracować z Planszą codziennie, a obserwacje Odkrywcy zapisywać w specjalnym zeszycie, który możecie nazwać Dzienniczkiem Obserwacji, Zeszytem Odkrywcy lub jakkolwiek chcecie.
